Return Policy
If you decide the product you purchased from Now Sober Life isn’t right for you, you have the right to return most products within 30 days after the post marked delivery date. Returns must be in as-new damage and stain-free condition. Refunds will be issued via the method the purchase was made or as store credit if preferred. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer in the case of buyer’s remorse. Defective products can be returned with a full refund (shipping included). Refunds are not available for purchases shipped outside the United States. If you need to return a product, please contact us via email to begin the process.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, allowing you to process your payment using a major credit card such as MasterCard and Visa. When you make a purchase, Now Sober will not get access to your credit card information.
Promotions and DIscounts
Now Sober occasionally offers promotions and discounts using promotion codes. If this is your first purchase, please feel free to use promotion code FIRST10 at checkout for a 10% discount. Only one discount code is available per purchase. Some promotions may have expiration dates.

Personalized Products
If your sobriety anniversary year isn’t listed in our catalog or you would prefer a different numeral type, we can fix that for you. Just send us an email letting us know, so we can make that available.
If you have an idea for a tee-shirt design or want more personalization, contact us. We are open to suggestions, including for large orders for sober events and organizations.

What we do today started years ago with our own trauma and addictions. From that came a desire to normalize the difficult discussions around addiction. Vince
With over 28 years in recovery from addiction, Vince has worked with countless people bound to addictions of all types including drugs, alcohol, sex, and codependency. He has brought self awareness to both people who struggle with drugs and the families who struggle with them. Today, he shares his expertise outside of his small community to anyone who needs it.
Jeanna
After earning her degree to teach college English and composition, Jeanna found herself still feeling unfulfilled. She spent her 40’s filling the void with alcohol. After her son’s death in 2018, something inside her shifted prompting her to get sober. From this came the realization that she had the skills, experience, and a calling to help people recover from addiction.
